It begins with unidentified phone calls from someone claiming to represent powerful forces. What first seems like industrial espionage takes a darker, more haunting turn. The caller seems to possess supernatural knowledge, from ancient history to Dade’s own secrets and shocking revelations about Dade’s past. As the calls continue, Dade is forced to confront horrors beyond science as the entire city surrounding him begins to transform into something sinister.
